DEFERRAL POLICY
You may only defer to and from the same event: 2024 10 Miler to 2025 10 Miler, 2024 5K to the 2025 5K. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. You may only defer an entry once (You will not be able to defer it again in 2025 to 2026.)
The deadline to defer is August 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM et. After that time you will not be able to defer to the following year.
Deferral Fees:
5K – $25
10 Miler – $35
Live the Life Challenge – $50
If you choose to defer your Challenge registration, it must be done completely- you cannot split the challenge.
BIB TRANSFER POLICY
You may transfer your race entry to another individual for an additional $25 transfer fee. Race entries must be officially transferred. Allowing another individual to run with your race bib without transferring your race entry is grounds for disqualification from the results and banning from all future J&A Racing events.
The deadline to transfer your race bib is Thursday, August 29, 2024.
REFUND POLICY
If you purchased refundable booking through Refund Protect and you are unable to participate in the event due to one of the covered reasons, you must complete the Refund Application Form as soon as possible. For more information on what is covered under your refundable booking visit: refundable.me/haku/. Without Refund Protect, there are absolutely NO refunds, even in the event of race cancellation – NO exceptions.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Race Day Will Call- There is no race day will call. For the 5K, you can pick up your bib on race morning (see details here). No race-day pickup is available for the 10 Miler.
Defer Your Entry Into 2024- If you prefer to defer your 2024 entry into 2025, you are able to make that change up until the Thursday of race week for a fee (see above).
