All participants perks can be found on each race distance:

Life the Live Challenge participants will receive all that is included in the 10 Miler and 5K swag, plus an additional finisher medal.

Will I receive a refund if I cannot attend?

J&A Racing does not process refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
