Celebrate the end of summer the Virginia Beach way with a classic Labor Day Beach Party. The Chartway Virginia Beach 10 Miler makes its return August 30-31, 2025, at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront; destined to be a landmark race and summer celebration. The weekend offers a Kids 1 Miler, 5K, 10 Miler, and “Live the Life Challenge” along with a J&A Racing infamous beach party featuring cold beer and live music. It’s more than a race, it’s a celebration.
10 MILER
Celebrate the end of summer the Virginia Beach way with a classic Labor Day Beach Party. On Sunday, the 10 Miler will put you in front of picture-worthy landmarks including King Neptune’s Statue, Atlantic Avenue Ferris Wheel, Rudee Inlet, Virginia Aquarium, State Military Reservation, and finish on the boardwalk steps away from the historic pier.

On Saturday, the 5K is perfect for runners of all ages and fitness levels, providing them with the opportunity to run or walk a scenic course along the Oceanfront and beach. Grab a friend or six and enjoy this picturesque 3.1 miles in Virginia Beach.
LIVE THE LIFE CHALLENGE
Why run one day, when you can run two days and collect more swag and bling? Step up to the challenge and join in on the Live the Life Challenge. You’ll start your weekend on Saturday running the 5K followed by the 10 Miler on Sunday. Challengers will receive an extra special Live The Life Challenge Medal on Sunday for your to rock around town!
